Those allegations involve a 17-year-old student. The victim is a student at Asheboro High School. The mother reported that her daughter had a sexual encounter with a 25-year-old man who was employed with Asheboro City Schools as an assistant coach and substitute teacher at the time of the encounter. The daughter attends Asheboro High School, according to a press release from the sheriff’s office.
