New Donna school policies put to the test It’s been more than a year since three school district employees were arrested after being accused of using electronic media to solicit female high school students to have sex. The 2015 teacher sex-scandal made headlines across Texas and cost the Donna school district hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars in lawsuits and legal fees.
