Former Winchester policeman charged with multiple sexual assaults

The TBI reports indictments against a former Winchester Police Officer. The Franklin County Grand Jury indicted 28 year old Tristan Xavier Delacruz multiple counts of sexual assault. The TBI joined the investigation last fall. Their investigation found the Winchester officer committed the assaults in March of 2020. The charges include six counts of Rape, six counts of Sexual Battery, two counts of Domestic Assault, one count of False Imprisonment, two counts of Aggravated Kidnapping, and one count of Aggravated Assault. He was arrested Tuesday and given a $1 million bond.
