Molalla Pioneer: Former MHS teacher pleads guilty to having sex with student (Dec 27 2012) A former Molalla High School social studies teacher has pleaded guilty to charges of having sex with a male student. Tanya Earle, 37, entered her plea during a settlement conference on Dec. 21. She was accused of sexually abusing her student in 2007 and 2008. She pleaded guilty to two counts of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor last week. Earle was sentenced to three years probation, 60 days wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet at home, and she must register as a sex offender. She must also complete an evaluation and treatment for being a sex offender. A teacher with the Molalla River School District for 10 years, Earle is not allowed to teach in the schools again or have any contact with Molalla High School or the victim.
