Today's TMJ 4 said:

40-year-old Tammi Monty has been charged with a felony count of child enticement after she allegedly tried having sex with a 14-year-old boy in a south side parking lot on Saturday, January 28 ... The woman and the boy were kissing in the back seat of a car in the KK Sports Center Parking Lot, 3024 S 20th St, Milwaukee in the early morning hours Saturday. The kissing escalated and the woman gave the boy a condom and both of their clothes were off when officers arrived at the car, according to the criminal complaint. Police spotted the SUV in the parking lot, which was closed, and saw both people naked in the car. The boy claims that Tammi Monty texted him around 1:30 a.m.- 2 a.m. on January 28 that she was outside his house. He then claims she asked him to come in her car and she drove to that parking lot where they were listening to music. Then the boy said she told him to go to the back seat of the car, so he did and she joined him shortly thereafter.

She picked him up in her car at his south side home. She then drove to a vacant county parking lot of the Kinnickinnic Sports Center on S. 20th St., where she asked him how he felt about her "liking him" and asked him if he wanted to go into the back seat. He was scared but agreed, the document said. Monty kissed him and they started touching each other. A police officer, curious about the car in the empty lot, showed up about 2:25 a.m. and found them partially clothed. The student later told police that Monty had sent him nude pictures and a 30-second video of herself. He said Monty also asked for a picture of his genitals. He said she had told him at the time that she wanted to have sex with him.

Investigators said Tammi Monty was found half-naked with a 14-year-old boy in the backseat of her SUV about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in a Southside parking lot. Police said both Monty and the boy were naked from the waist down. Police documents state the boy was invited to "hang out" via text message by Monty. Police said the boy told them she picked him up and later asked him to undress.

The teenager told the officer, that [Tammi] Monty had called him earlier in the night and wanted to “hang out” (see him). She picked him up from the south side of Milwaukee at about 1:30 a.m. and drove to the vacant lot near the 6th Police District Station. Monty wanted to have sex with the teenager and asked him to undress, when he was about to put on a condom, they were busted by the intruding officer. Apparently, the investigation revealed that Monty had asked the teenager to send her a picture of his genitals. She had previously send him a photo of her breasts, according to the complaint.

A 40-year-old Milwaukee Public School teacher pleaded not guilty to a child enticement (sexual contact or intercourse) charge Tuesday. Tammi Monty is accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old boy. ... The criminal complaint in the case says the boy told officials he received a text message from Tammi Monty, asking him if he wanted to go out with her. He replied in agreement, and Monty showed up to his home between 1:30 and 2:00 a.m. on January 28th. The complaint says the two drove to an empty parking lot and parked, and were listening to music. The complaint says Monty then told the boy to get into the back seat, and take off his underwear, after which Monty removed her underwear as well. The complaint says Monty gave the boy a condom, and he opened it and was holding it when police walked up to the car. The criminal complaint says a Milwaukee police officer saw an SUV in the KK Sports Center parking lot, and walked up to the driver’s side door. Using his flashlight, the officer saw two people in the back seat, both naked from the waist down.

Fox 6 Now (10 July 2012): Tammi Monty sentenced to a year in prison, terminated from MPS

A Milwaukee County judge sentenced Tammi Monty on Tuesday, July 10th to one year in prison plus three years of extended supervision. Monty is the 40-year-old Milwaukee Public Schools teacher who pleaded guilty on May 21st to a child enticement charge. She was accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old boy.
