    Seven-year-old boy soiled himself in class and was forced to wear his soiled clothes all day, principal apparently facilitated arrest of father when he complained about his son's treatment:

    If this assertion is correct, the "male 2nd grade teacher not named" would appear to have been hired despite having lost his past job and /or teaching credentials due to past abuses.

    Brooklyn dad arrested after confronting teacher who he said wouldn’t allow his son to use bathroom at Midwood school

    An angry dad was arrested at Public School 193 in Brooklyn Wednesday after he confronted a teacher who allegedly refused to allow his 7-year-old son to use the bathroom. Vincent Nemorin, 47, was arrested at the Midwood school for menacing and harassment, police said. Parents at the school said Nemorin’s alleged victim is a teacher who barred Nemorin’s son from using the bathroom, causing the boy to soil himself in class.     Since when does asking questions about your child's well-being warrant an arrest?     Arrest At P.S. 193 Spurs Calls For Principal’s Removal

    Long-simmering tensions at Midwood’s P.S. 193 boiled over Wednesday when the principal had a parent arrested for speaking up about his child not being allowed to use the bathroom. In a video posted to YouTube, parents can be heard saying “this is wrong” and “he’s the parent who does the most for kids” while officers handcuff Vinny Nemorin, the treasurer of the P.S. 193 Parents’ Association who has a 7-year-old at the school. During the arrest, Nemorin slips and hits his head and can be heard moaning on the ground while buses wait for the children to be let out ...

    Brown, the Parents’ Association co-president, joined in calling for Flynn’s removal. She said friction between Flynn and parents has been building since the principal arrived at the school three years ago. “Principal Flynn has created a culture that doesn’t respond to parents. And if you speak up, she will retaliate against you,” said Jennifer Brown. “The goal of arresting Vinny was to make an example of him for other parents.” She said a dispute earlier this month about the Parents’ Association funds — the parents wanted to create weekend activities for the kids and Flynn wanted money spent on curtains ...

    Midwood parents call for removal of principal

    25 Feb 2016

    Parents of students at one Midwood elementary school are calling for the removal of the principal. Parents rallied outside P.S. 193 Thursday in an effort to get the school's principal removed. They say Principal Tami Flynn is treating parents and students unfairly. The parents are angry over the latest incident involving the arrest of Vinny Memorin, the man they call the 'mayor.' They say Memorin was charged with harassment and menacing after he tried to speak up for his child who was denied access to the bathroom. The parents feel anyone who voices an opinion for their child is punished. ...

    We, the parents, guardians, caregivers, family, and friends of students at P.S. 193 in Midwood Brooklyn petition the New York City Department of Education to REMOVE Tami Flynn from her position as Principal immediately.​

    P.S. 193 deserves an effective, experienced, and trustworthy LEADER who works with the parents not against them. Principal Tami Flynn's bullying tactics do not fit this or any school. There are too many stories of harassment and documented complaints. She most recently had a parent arrested for demanding that his child have the right to go to the bathroom. This is not the 1st parent arrest at the school.

    Tami Flynn's time is up. The experiment is over. Please sign this petition to remove her as Principal at P.S. 193.    ​
