Supply teacher accused of grooming teen girls

Stephen Wiggans, a Lancashire supply teacher, is alleged to have sexually groomed two 14-year-old girls. Wiggans, 46, formerly of The Sycamores, Blackpool Old Road, Poulton, now of no fixed address, is charged with grooming the girls in an attempt to meet them and engage in sexual activity with them. The offences are alleged to have taken place in Poulton, between February 1 and March 14 this year.
