Sally Elizabeth Neal is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, according to an arrest warrant. Officials said Neal was a house parent at the school ... The warrant says between Jan. 1 and Jan. 12 Neal engaged in sexual battery by digitally penetrating at 14-year-old.

A worker at an Oconee County school has been arrested on charges of molesting a student. Sally Elizabeth Neal posted bond of $40,000 Friday and has been released. She is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Neal had been a house parent at the school, an adult who monitors the students and lives in housing with them at the Tamasee DAR School in Oconee County ... Arrest warrants say that Neal engaged in a sexual act with a 14-year-old female student sometime in early January.

Deputies said 23-year-old Sally Neal of Seneca was accused of an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl. The incident was reported in April but happened in January, Oconee County deputies said ... According to deputies, a journal was found in the victim's belongings that had some possible inappropriate content described between Neal and the victim.
