Roman Zalasar, 54, bilingual 1st & 2nd-grade teacher at Tijerina Elementary School, Houston ISD, Houston, Texas, "charged with indecency with child" My Fox Houston: Teacher charged in child indecency case (Feb 10 2014) During a forensic interview at the Children's Assessment Center, the boy said that [Roman] Zalasar touched the section of his pants over his penis on two occasions while the boy was seated in the teacher's classroom at Tijerina Elementary School on Sherman Street near North 65th Street in southeast Houston. Tijerina Elementary is a Houston Independent School District campus. The boy also said during the forensic interview that Zalasar kissed him on the cheek and on the mouth and rubbed the child's buttocks. The reported abuse began on Oct. 15, 2013 and lasted until Nov. 22, 2013. The boy, a fifth grade student, served as a "helper" to Zalasar after school. Tags:
Houston Chronicle: HISD teacher accused of molesting student (Feb 10 2014) The boy said the abuse began in mid-October and ended in late November, according to the criminal complaint. He told a Houston Independent School District police officer that [Roman] Zalasar fondled him at least twice and kissed him several times - at first on the cheek but later on the mouth, according to the complaint. "While the defendant (Zalasar) was kissing him on the mouth, he began putting his tongue inside the (boy's) mouth," according to the complaint ...
