    Judge pushes back trial dates for Plum teachers

    An Allegheny County Common Pleas judge has pushed back trial dates for four teachers charged as part of an investigation into inappropriate sexual relationships at Plum High School so that prosecutors have enough time to sort through grand jury materials and turn over anything exculpatory to the defense. During a hearing Friday afternoon, Judge David R. Cashman told former Plum teachers Jason Cooper, Joseph Ruggieri and Michael Cinefra, as well as suspended teacher Drew Zoldak, that the grand jury investigating Plum has at least one more session before it will close.
