Amid sex scandal, district unveils complaint-reporting form Officials in a western Pennsylvania school district say they've made it easier to report suspected sexual assault as an investigation unfolds into whether school administrators knew about any teacher-student relationships in the district. Two Plum High School teachers and a former baseball coach were charged this year of institutional sexual assault. The Allegheny County district attorney's office is now investigating whether district officials properly dealt with other complaints about inappropriate relationships.
