    Paul Chapman was arrested Friday for lewd acts with a child, continuous sexual abuse of a child and oral copulation of a child. Detectives started investigating him after two victims, who are family members, said he sexually abused them between the ages of 7 and 10 years old. Investigators believe the alleged crimes took place between 2007 and 2011 at the suspect’s home in Rancho Cucamonga.

    An 81-year-old former school teacher in San Bernardino County has been arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing two girls when they were between 7 and 10 years old, law enforcement officials said Tuesday. Paul Chapman allegedly abused the victims at his home in Rancho Cucamonga, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department ... He was being held in lieu of $1-million bail at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on suspicion of continuous sexual abuse of a child, lewd acts with a child and oral copulation of a child.
