    Student-teacher relationship policies differ in language from district to district

    If convicted a former Dilworth substitute teacher now charged for having a sexual relationship with an underage student could spend the next 30 years behind bars. A court complaint also claims 39-year-old Tara Nichols admits to having similar relationships with 18-year-old students as well. But what do local district policies say about inappropriate relationships with students? Various handbooks for support staff, substitutes and full-time teachers handle teacher-student relationships differently when it comes to wording.
