Another ex-Warren Correctional Institution prison guard has been indicted on charges of engaging in sexual conduct with inmates. Amanda Smith, 37, of Fairfield is alleged to have had sexual contact with the unidentified inmate between Aug. 1 and Sept. 12, 2019. She is charged with sexual battery. “She was picked up on phone calls with an inmate that revealed they had been involved in an ongoing sexual relationship,” Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said in an email after the indictment was issued.
