Teacher at SCI-Coal Township charged after relationship with inmate

An employee at the SCI-Coal Township has been charged with having an inappropriate relationship with an inmate. Authorities have charged Judy Letcavage, of Paxinos, with felony institutional sexual assault. Letcavage is an adult basic education teacher at the jail, court documents show. She was arranged in front of Shamokin District Judge John Gembic and released on $10,000 bail.
