A 20-page criminal complaint details the texts between Spencer and his two alleged victims. The messages show Spencer repeatedly asked one teen to come over and cuddle with him. The texts got more explicit when Spencer said he was “falling for her” and wanted to hold her in his arms. The victim told police the two kissed in Spencer’s classroom but didn’t go any further. Ex-Kenosha teacher charged with 9 felony child enticement counts A 16-year-old girl told police she met Spencer last summer during a sports camp and he would text participants about practices. During three snow days in January, Spencer began texting her about hanging out and explaining his fantasies of kissing her and touching her in a sexual manner. The girl told him they both were in relationships with other people, and Spencer replied to her that it didn't matter. The girl told police she didn't know what to do about the messages. Spencer also kissed her in his classroom on two separate occasions. In early February, a 15-year-old girl at the school began to get similar texts from Spencer, who wrote of wanting to kiss and cuddle. Detectives said there are about 20 pages of text messages between the 16-year-old girl and the 15-year-old girl in which they discuss how they don't know how to stop Spencer's behavior. At one point, the 16-year-old writes: "Oh goodness! It's getting really weird with (Spencer)! Like I'm scared to tell you," and later, "I'm pretty sure this conversation is leading to sex." When police executed a search warrant at Spencer's house in Kenosha, they were met by his 20-year-old girlfriend who said she had been dating Spencer for one year and three months. She told a detective she first met Spencer when he coached the girls basketball team at Palmyra High School and that she eventually became his assistant when she was a senior.
