Police said that during those visits the girl was force to undress and be naked in the presence of men for hours at a time. According to police she was also forced to drink alcohol, including vodka. Pallante is accused of 62 felony crimes related to the sexual battery of a child including sexual battery with a person under 12, lewd and lascivious molestation and distributing obscene material to a minor. “The Burchfield case evolved from the Pallante case,” Pearson said. “We arrested Mr. Pallante and his wife.”At the time of Pallante’s arrest, police said the Satellite Beach resident began sexually battering the girl when she was 10 years old and showed her pornographic videos. Last year, Burchfield visited the home of his friend on three separate occasions and a female younger than 14 was forced to undress in their presence and drink vodka, according to police.
