    The parents of an infant found bleeding to death after being attacked by rats are now being charged with neglect, while the baby has been placed with a foster family while he recovers. Two parents and an aunt are facing charges in Evansville, Indiana, after the six-month-old child in their care was found face down in his bassinet the morning of Sept. 13, 2023, with wounds all over his face and body.
