NBC Miami: Former Broward Teacher Accused of Having Sex With Girl (Dec 6 2012) Daniel Ojst, 29, of Boynton Beach, was taken into custody Monday on one count of sexual assault on a 17-year-old victim, according to an arrest report from the Broward Sheriff’s Office. Ojst was freed from jail early Thursday on $5,000 bond, jail records show. Ojst in September began a personal relationship with the girl, and it developed over several weeks, the arrest report said. The sexual encounter happened in Ojst’s vehicle on Oct. 6, the report said.
