Christopher Parkin, 40, of Toronto will appear in a Toronto court Thursday. Parkin was charged Wednesday with sexual assault in relation to an incident allegedly involving a female student in 2011, and sexual exploitation in relation to an incident this month that allegedly involved another female student, police said in a statement released Thursday.​
