Ex-Mooresville Middle teacher arrested Clarence Earl “Chip” Pickard III, 28, of Mooresville, turned himself in to the Iredell County Jail after warrants were issued for his arrest, Mooresville police said. Pickard was released later on $50,000 bond, police said. The charges involve Pickard’s behavior with a student.
