Statute of limitations expired: A judge is being asked to expunge the arrest record of a former Northridge High School social studies teacher who was accused of but never charged with having an illegal sexual relationship with one of her students 10 years ago. Defense attorney Ed Brass filed the motion with 2nd District Court for Chaarie Lynn Jaramillo, 36. Arguments will be heard at 9 a.m. Oct. 16 before Judge Robert Dale.
