Deputy Matt Hinkley was assigned to the case and said that during his investigation, he learned that Holman had been seen going to the 17-year-old's work place in Antonito and leaving with him during his lunch hour. The deputy alleges that Holman had sex with the teen just outside of the Antonito town limits.
