Are more Utah teachers sexually exploiting their students? Heidi Nestel works for the Utah Crime Victims Legal Clinic in Salt Lake City, where she often represents the victims of sexual abuse. And she’s seeing the same thing everybody else sees — lots of teachers suddenly charged with sexually abusing their students. The list includes at least nine teachers or teacher’s aides convicted of sexual misconduct since 2009 in Weber, Davis and Box Elder counties alone. But the question is, why?
