Not only are this state's teachers grossly underpaid (not to mention all the dirt-cheap "cultural exchange" visitors that they (ab) useto fill their vacancies, it seems they are not paid concurrently as they work.

Now, she’s hoping her message will inspire the school district to change how teachers are paid.
