Ron Marquez, Superintendent of Belen Consolidated Schools says the victim is a 17-year-old male student at Belen High School. The school district's human resources director says that tip, along with rumors that spread across the school, led the district to investigate Baker. State police say Baker had sex at least six times with a 17-year-old student at Belen HS, and that the encounters often took place at her house. Investigators have also said she sent him nude photos from time to time, and that the encounters all took place from November to December 2014. But Jennifer Brown, the district's HR director, said school administrators didn't find out about the situation until Thursday, when Baker first came to them.
