Warrant: Tyler doctor arrested for sexual assault of patients

A Tyler doctor has been arrested following an investigation for multiple charges of sexual assault. According to authorities, Kenneth Haygood, 54 of Tyler, had an investigation opened into suspicions of sexual assaults in November of 2023. Officials said that the Texas Medical Board restricted Haygood’s license in June of 2023 after they investigated complaints of inappropriate conduct. According to court documents, the conditions of Haygood’s restrictions included not being able to see, examine or treat female patients.
