A former Houston police officer has been charged with murder in connection with the deadly January drug raid of a home that killed a couple who lived there and injured five officers, prosecutors announced Friday. Ex-Houston officers face federal charges in deadly drug raid

Two former Houston police officers are facing federal charges accusing them of providing false information in a January drug raid that left two people dead and several officers injured, authorities said Wednesday. The federal counts follow state charges filed in the case in August, including two counts of felony murder against one of the officers. Ex-Houston officers indicted in wake of deadly drug raid

A grand jury has indicted six former Houston police officers whose work with a narcotics unit has been under scrutiny since a 2019 drug raid in which a couple was killed, prosecutors announced Friday. Prosecutors allege that the former officers falsified documentation about drug payments to confidential informants, routinely used false information to get search warrants, and lied in police reports.
