Before they left the place, McClain texted the 15-year-old and asked if she wanted to join them in a threesome. She replied “No,” according to court documents. On the way home McClain pulled the vehicle over and told the 15-year-old to get behind the wheel. Houston Chronicle: Ex-Atascocita teacher charged with having sex with student (Dec 20 2012) The girls arrived at the home of one about 12:30 a.m. Later, the older girl sent the younger one a copy of a text-message conversation she had with [Taylor Lee] McClain about the 15-year-old refusing to join the threesome, according to court records. McClain told the older girl, "That was disappointing," and the older girl stated, "She doesn't know what she's missing. You really know how to please a woman," according to the arrest warrant. The younger girl told police she had seen the older girl sending nude photos of herself to McClain by cell phone and computer email from September through November. She said it happened so many times she was not clear on the dates, according to records.

According to police, the witness said her classmate sent nude photographs of herself to McClain by email and cell phone from at least September to November and that McClain sent the victim photographs of himself in his underwear. Upon hearing this information, the complaint states that Humble ISD police obtained McClain's cell phone Nov. 6 and got a warrant to search the phone's content Nov. 14. A computer forensic examiner with the Harris County District Attorney's Office found approximately 20 images on McClain's phone of a nude child under 18 years old, later identified as the victim, court documents show.
