In an arrest warrant obtained by News 5, investigators say Stefanie Dickinson would regularly text the 14 year old very sexually suggestive messages. At one point it seems she warns the boy that she could get in to a lot of trouble if anyone found out. Later she states she will work on not being scared so that something can happen between her and the young teen. The warrant states the boy had recently been on a trip with Dickinson, her 2 children and possibly her husband.

According to the arrest affidavit, the sexting went on for about a month and made several references to sex acts and her expertise at performing them. Some examples are as follows:

“Oh hell no baby … I just want u”
“Baby I will rock ur (expletive deleted) world!! Haha”
“I will work on not being scared so something can happen ").”

The teen told police one text from “Stef” said she would give him a massage and “give him a full examination” after he complained about hurting after football practice. Another read, “you can’t tell anyone about this at all because I could lose my family.”

A 37-year-old mother of two and a member of the Ellicott School Board has been arrested for allegedly sending sexually-charged text messages to a 14-year-old boy, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities suspect Stefanie Dickinson began texting the boy after he joined her, her husband and their two sons on an August weekend trip out of town. According to an arrest warrant, she asked the boy for his cell phone number so she could text him pictures of the trip. Not long after, the school board member allegedly told the boy by text that she wanted to sneak out of the house to meet him.

The teen said a week later at the end of August he started receiving text messages of a sexual nature. An arrest warrant revealed that the mum of two sent the boy a message saying she wanted to sneak out of the house to meet him. A deputy later found a text message on the boy’s phone from Dickinson that read 'I just want u,' the warrant said. Another text message sent from Dickinson talked about having sex, followed by 'Baby I will rock ur (expletive deleted) world!! Haha.'

According to the arrest affidavit, during the sexting investigation, sheriffs received multiple tips that there was another victim of sexual assault from 2008, KRDO reports. Just last week, a 17-year-old male student admitted to having sex with Dickinson on at least five occasions during the summer of 2008 as well as during his senior year of high school. The victim said that he regularly spent time at Dickinson's house -- his own father was a single parent and Dickinson helped take care of the victim and his younger brother. Later, the victim occasionally spent the night after baby-sitting Dickinson's own children.

Most defendants in 4th Judicial District Court don’t have to worry about avoiding the spotlight while making court appearances. That’s not the case with Stefanie Dickinson.

The 37-year-old former Ellicott schools official is among a small handful of defendants almost guaranteed to draw news cameras at each appearance. Today, to avoid one cameraman’s glare, Dickinson slipped out of Division 15 through a backdoor with her attorney, Ted McClintock, and her husband. They appeared headed for a staircase normally restricted to courthouse employees.
