    Taxpayers won’t foot legal bills for ex-officer in fatal shooting near Dorney Park, judge rules


    Although he lost his $62,920-a-year police salary when he was arrested for shooting an unarmed man near Dorney Park in 2018, Jonathan Roselle doesn’t meet the legal definition of indigent and will not be permitted to tap legal funds to pay for expensive defense experts, a Lehigh County judge has ruled.
