    School Sex-Abuse Report Shows Difficulty of Substantiating Claims

    KIPP Academy, an influential national charter network, released a report on Wednesday detailing accusations of sexual misconduct by two teachers at one of its New York City schools years ago. With the report, KIPP joined a growing list of schools, many of them private, that have responded publicly to allegations of abuse. That is a sharp departure from past decades, when many schools tried to keep such charges quiet.
