School made sexual assault victim sign a contract that she'd stay away from her attacker

School administrators had the victim of a sexual assault sign agreements to stay away from her attacker, a fellow student who was still allowed to attend classes after being arrested and placed on probation for the crime. Eliezer Tuttle, 18, who was arrested again last week for raping a New Hampshire girl twice in the same day, has been on probation since November for sexually assaulting his fellow North Andover High classmate earlier in the year.
