Charged with one count of criminal sexual assault, the complaint against Dolan states that the 29-year-old, who was arrested Friday, held a position of trust, authority or supervision over the teenager, identified only as Pat Doe. Prosecutors say the encounter between teacher and student took place off school property. Speaking after court Monday afternoon, Kendall says they got a call from the police department Saturday morning informing them of the situation ... Dolan's bail was set at $250,000 and prosecutors say additional charges against him might still be filed.​

Prosecutors allege Dolan had sexual contact with a student under the age of 18 on Friday. He was charged Saturday. Authorities also are investigating allegations of child pornography and an ongoing sexual relationship. Prosecutors initially argued for bail to be set at $500,000. Dolan's attorney, Earl Grinbarg, successfully argued that Dolan had no criminal record and that his bail should be lowered.​
