    Parents, teacher, students tell Henrico School Board that racially charged video isn't an isolated incident

    More than 20 parents, teachers and students had one main thing they wanted their elected Henrico School Board members to know Thursday: The racially charged locker room video in which African-American students were harassed by their peers wasn't an isolated incident. Parents pointed to their children in the audience, detailing years of abuse that they said went unpunished. Former teachers and administrators said such behavior is learned, with one former Short Pump Middle School teacher saying that the sense of entitlement grew so much in the school over years that she pulled her children out of Henrico's school system.
