    Ex-Forsyth County detention officer arrested for giving contraband to inmates


    A former Forsyth County Detention Center officer has been arrested and is accused of introducing drugs to inmates at an area jail. According to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, Carmen Nicole Tillman, 42, was arrested for introducing Schedule IV controlled substances to inmates at the FCSO Detention Center. Tillman was fired from her role and then arrested Tuesday, officials said. She was given a $75,000 secured bond. "We will pursue truth and justice no matter what or who it affects.
