Bills would toughen teacher-student sex law A South Jersey legislator wants to bar high school teachers from having sex with adult students. State Sen. Diane Allen, R-Edgewater Park, said Friday she is introducing a bill to bar teachers from sexual relationships with any student regardless of age.
