ACLU sues Paterson over arrests of BLM leaders in 2019 Jameek Lowery protests

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit Thursday night claiming Paterson police violated the free speech rights of two Black Lives Matter activists by arresting them during a 2019 protest over the controversial death of Jameek Lowery.
