Internal emails show WCSD won't enforce masks for older students, parents on campus In a series of internal emails sent over the last week, the Washoe County School District said that, for safety reasons amid a charged atmosphere, it would not enforce the wearing of masks, even by older students, parents, or employees. It is a practice the emails said has been in place all year. The internal emails contradict what the district has said was a mandatory mask policy for everyone on campus this school year.
