Report: Manchester man charged with distributing child porn was a substitute teacher The Ocean County High Tech Crime Unit and the Manchester Township Police Department conducted an early morning search warrant of the Eighth Avenue home of 65-year-old Modesto Torres on Tuesday, authorities said.
