Millard "Mitch" Irby Patton Jr., 53, was arrested Wednesday following an investigation that started in late April. One of Patton's family members had reported a complaint to Greensboro police, who then forwarded it to Alamance County deputies. The Internet Crimes Against Children task force helped with the investigation.
