The girl's parents told investigators they asked White in April to stop communicating with their daughter and a month later, the two were still exchanging text messages, according to an affidavit by the Durham County Sheriff's Office. The warrant states that after executing a warrant on White's home, officers seized computers and cellphones. Some of the texts on the cellphone included the word "threesome" and alluded to "the involvement of Ms. White's husband," the affidavit states. Also seized were several framed photos of White with the girl, a handwritten card to the girl and a binder filled with notes from White's husband to the girl from White's home, according to the search warrant. Ms. White and her husband should get together with Blair and Michael Porter and compare notes. The Porters were coaches for their victim's (a 15 year old girl) soft ball team. According to the news reports, Blair was the instigator who enticed the young girl and arranged threesomes between herself, hubby and the kid. What fine upstanding pillars of society these two couples turned out to be. GUILTY September 2, 2016 A former Durham high school teacher pleaded guilty Friday to sex charges involving a student. Authorities said Michelle Smith White formed a friendship with a female student in 2012, when the girl was 15, and it later evolved into a sexual relationship. White was the dance teacher at Jordan High School at the time. The girl's father called White "a practiced predator," noting that, despite repeated warnings from the family, school officials and police to leave the girl alone, White continued to text her and even got a tattoo with the girl's name in it. The family had to move the girl out of Durham following the incident so she could get psychiatric treatment, the father said. White, 39, of Penrith Drive in Durham, pleaded guilty to sex act with a student, two counts of indecent liberties with student, indecent liberties with a child and second-degree kidnapping. She was sentenced to 45 months to 123 months in prison and was ordered to register as a sex offender. The judge also issued a permanent "no contact" order for White regarding the girl and her family.
