In October 2016, a PCC Rock Creek student found the camera and reported it to staff. Former PCC teacher sentenced to prison after hidden bathroom camera guilty plea 24 May 2017 A former Portland Community College Rock Creek teacher has received at 2 years in prison after pleading guilty in a case which accused him of hiding a camera in a campus bathroom and possessing "up-skirt" videos. The teacher, Matthew Constantino, of Scappoose, was charged with one count of invasion of personal privacy. He's no longer employed at PCC, and he'll have five years of probation once he's released from prison. As part of the May 22 plea deal, Constantino will be required to register as a sex offender.
