    Ex-PCC teacher accused of hiding camera in bathroom


    A former PCC teacher is accused of hiding a camera in a campus bathroom. In October 2016, a PCC Rock Creek student found the camera and reported it to staff. Investigators found the camera hidden under the sink, pointed at the toilet area of a gender neutral bathroom. “Pretty early on we had a good idea who was responsible for this,” Deputy Mark Povolny with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said. Matthew Constantino was immediately placed on leave and when detectives searched his Scappoose home, they found evidence including “up-skirt” videos filmed off campus.     Former PCC teacher sentenced to prison after hidden bathroom camera guilty plea

    A former Portland Community College Rock Creek teacher has received at 2 years in prison after pleading guilty in a case which accused him of hiding a camera in a campus bathroom and possessing "up-skirt" videos. The teacher, Matthew Constantino, of Scappoose, was charged with one count of invasion of personal privacy. He's no longer employed at PCC, and he'll have five years of probation once he's released from prison. As part of the May 22 plea deal, Constantino will be required to register as a sex offender.
