Juan Clemente Silvas, 25, was arrested Tuesday, the same day he started his new job, police said. He is being charged with sexual assault of a child. According to police, the incident happened after Silvas resigned from his job at Kennedale High School. Police said Silvas cannot be charged with improper relationship between a student and teacher because Silvas was no longer working at the school at the time of the offense.Tags:
