Police were notified the following day after the 7-year-old victims, three boys and one girl, told their parents about the incidents, who in turn contacted authorities. In one instance, Yow is said to have forcefully grabbed the female student "by her throat as he directed her into the classroom from the hallway where the children were lining up," police said.
