Joaquim Andrade, 56, lured the girl into his car, sexually assaulted her and then dropped her off at a soccer game with his phone number and a false name to put in her phone, according to the Plymouth County district attorney’s office. The rape reportedly took place on Oct. 7 in Brockton, but not on school grounds.
