Action News Jax: Band director resigns amid sex allegations (Mar 13 2014)

James Ray Clark been the band director at Jane Macon Middle School in Brunswick since 2004. Now he's in jail, an accused child molester ... Police in Darien, Georgia arrested Clark on Wednesday. They said they started investigating after they got a call from an alleged victim who claimed they had been sexually assaulted by Clark 14 years ago, while he was working as a youth minister at a church in Loganville. Police said the victim became concerned when they learned that Clark was still working with kids, this time at a Glynn County school ... Darien police said a second victim came forward, claiming they too had been sexually abused by Clark in the early '90s. Because of the statute of limitations, police said it's too late to prosecute those two cases. But the allegations were strong enough to spark a new investigation that uncovered new victims. And investigators worry there could be even more.
