Investigation says Tennessee schools could do more to prevent sexual misconduct State legislators recently ordered an investigation of sexual misconduct between teachers and students in public schools and the report, released earlier this week, gave a scathing review. The sweeping review issued last week by the Tennessee comptroller finds that the state could be doing more to prevent teachers convicted of sexual misconduct from returning to the classroom.
