    A Glynn County man won’t be prosecuted for a confrontation with a school bus driver after the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that the law under which he is charged is unconstitutional. Michael Antonio West was charged in early 2015 under a law that makes it a crime to upbraid, insult or abuse a public school teacher, administrator or bus driver in the presence of a student at a school or on a bus.
