He is currently being held at the Pueblo County Jail on a $150,000 bond ... Court documents obtained by 11 News state that the accusation date back to June of 2011. The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office says the crime was recently reported, which is why Weber was arrested more than three years later. Authorities say the alleged victim, who was 15 to 18 years old at time, was not a student of Weber's. The alleged assault happened off campus. Arrest Papers Allege Teacher Recorded Self Committing Child Sex Assault Arrest papers obtained by 11 News say DVDs were recently found in [Francis] Weber's home and handed over to authorities. At least one DVD allegedly shows Weber recording a teenager while he or she slept. During the recording, the arrest affidavit says Weber first pulls down the teen's clothing, then starts masturbating. The teen appears to sleep during the entire incident, according to the affidavit.
